The Tango Center
194 W Broadway
(Broadway and Charnelton)
Eugene, OR
I'm doing a harp concert at the Tango Center, and you won't want to miss it. This will be one of the first performances like this I've done in Eugene. I'll be playing all sorts of music from Celtic to Tango, to Classical, to my own compositions and arrangements. I'll be singing too.
There will be a suggested donation of $10, $5 for students. While I appreciate your donations, I'm more concerned with being able to share my music with you. If you can't afford it please come anyway.

That night there is a milonga (Argentine Tango social dance) also at the Tango Center. I encourage you to come try it even if you never have before. There's a beginning lesson at 8:00 (which is how I started - and got hooked) and then dancing until 1:00am. You don't need a partner, in fact dancing with many different people is part of the experience and the culture.
The milonga costs $7 wich includes the lesson.

Sunday May 4th
Sunday June 8th
10:00am-2:00pm
SweetWaters Restaurant & Bar
1000 Valley River Way
Eugene, OR
I'll be playing music to set the perfect atmosphere for those enjoying their Sunday brunch. I will also have my cards and CDs available.

Recurring Gigs:
(While I'm usually at these places every week, I may not be. Life and other gigs sometimes intervene.)

When:Where:What:
Saturdays
10:00am ~ 2:30pm
(4/1 through 11/11)
The Saturday Market
8th Ave. & Oak St.
Eugene, OR
I'll be playing roughly from 10-2:30 at various places around the market. Because this isn't a structured performance I can have more time to talk to my "audience". It's that interaction that makes a gig fun for me more than anything else.
I'll be playing for tips and will, of course, have my CDs and business cards with me.
Saturdays, Sundays,
& occasional Fridays
10:00am ~ 2:30pm
(11/18 through 12/24)
The Holiday Market
Lane County Fairgrounds
796 West 13th Ave.
Eugene, OR
Just like at the Saturday Market - I'll be playing (for tips) from about 10-2:30, I'll have my cards and CDs, and I'll be able to interact a bit. The holiday market is also inside, away from the cold and wet, and has quite wonderful acoustics in the hall where the musicians play.

Recent Gigs:

When:Where:What:
Sun. 9/10
9:30am-1:30pm
SweetWaters Restaurant & Bar
1000 Valley River Way
Eugene, OR
I played while guests enjoyed their Sunday brunch. I got some nice comments, saw some people I had played for before (who were there for a birthday), and ate some delicious food.
Sat. 9/9
10:30pm
The Tango Center
194 W. Broadway
Eugene, OR
I played during the weekly Milonga (Tango social dance). I love to play for dancers whenever I get the chance and I was feeling very musical that night. To judge by all of the applause and comments I recieved, the dancers loved it too.
Thurs. 8/10
 - Sun. 8/13
The Scandinavian Festival
Junction City, OR
I had two performances each day, sometimes at one of the two stages and other times in the Art Courtyard. I had a lot of fun, had very appreciative audiences, and sold lots of CDs.
